Hello and welcome to Refer2Us.
Refer2Us is an ethical and independent contract service provider.
The work we do is carried out on behalf of a PCT or sponsored by the Pharmaceutical industry.
Our mission is to help these bodies improve the quality of life for NHS patients.
We do this by providing free resource to GPs to help them comply with PCT and GMS guidelines in carrying out frequent reviews of
chronically ill patients and managing their medication appropriately.
This resource is provided as dedicated nurse advisors and
IT specialists who access GP patient databases and provide shortlists of patients suitable for medication upgrade. |
